Go with the RER Line A (Red) in direction Boissy St Legere until
the station Nogent Sur Marne (~ 2€). There leave the station in direction
Rue "Joinville" and follow the sign to the A4. Its about 30 minutes by feet.
I ve got a "A 4" sign because there is as well the acess to another Highway.
I someone stops ask if they can pick you at least to the next gas station, there
anyone could go without paying anything (peaje)so its a big chance to get at least there.

I stood there for two hours in 30 deg plus heat but did get my ride to the gas station mentioned above. This is a tough spot to hitch from although as mentioned, getting a ride to the gas station is by far your best bet for getting a longer one.

You can take the Bus 210 to Viaduc and shorten the walk.
