Don't go to this gasstation, because there is no way to get on there (noiseprotectors around it). The nearest port to get on the highway isn't any better, because cars are going pretty fast. But there is a trafficlight some meters away. You might try it there, but chances are low.

Of course there is a way to get on petrol station Aire la Courneuve, 5 km from Porte de la Chapelle, on the A1! By hitchiking of course!
Take RER B to Stade de France and after walking a while you'll find a final traffic light where you can ask for a ride to the petrol station.
Possibly better: take tram line 13 to Carrefour Pleyel, walk along Boulevard Anatole. After a while you will see the highway starting. It's not a great spot, but if anyone stops, they can at least drop you off at the gas station.

i have to contradict, in fact there is a door in the noise protector through which you can easily get to the gas station, i experienced that one week ago!

Be careful here. I was there just yesterday: indeed there is a door but it was locked when I went there and climbing didn't look to me to be a good option. In the end I went to Senlis outside Paris but I lost a lot of time because of this damned closed door.
